**Job Descriptions**:
- Target Attainment: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, focusing on high-value, long-term strategic partnerships.
- Complex Deal Negotiation: Lead all phases of the sales cycle, including the development of custom, complex advertising solutions and negotiation of favorable contract terms and media inventory.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and provide regular, data-driven sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Client & Agency Relationship Management
- C-Level Engagement: Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at client brands and major media/buying agencies (e.g., CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Agency Leads).
- Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic partner to clients, diagnosing their business challenges and designing integrated, data-informed advertising campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
- Account Growth: Drive continuous revenue expansion within the existing client portfolio through proactive upselling and cross-selling of new products or platforms.
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Ad Operations teams to ensure sold campaigns are successfully implemented, exceed client expectations, and that client feedback informs future product development.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Min. 7 years of proven sales experience in the advertising, media, ad-tech, or SaaS (media focus) industry.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota.
- Deep functional knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, including Programmatic, OTT/CTV, Social Media platforms, and Data/DMP solutions.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
