**About work**仕事内容について**:
Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the heavy equipment industry.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the product or service offerings to maximize revenue from key accounts.
Lead negotiations with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and managing contract renewals.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and implement contractual agreements.
Work closely with the Sales GM and the broader sales team to align key account strategies with overall sales goals.
Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust key account strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular reports on key account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize key account management processes.
