What will you be doing?

Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and brand growth, aiming for at least a 20% conversion rate from campaigns. We're looking for candidates who bring their A game every day creative, data-driven, and ready to take ownership of impactful marketing initiatives.

CRM & Life cycle management

  • Own the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, spanning acquisition onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation.
  • Design and execute personalized, multi-channel journeys (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app, SMS) using CRM platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, or Clevertap.
  • Continuously refine customer segmentation using behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to improve personalization and relevance.

Retention & Resurrection Performance

  • Monitor and improve retention metrics on a cohort level — tracking daily, weekly, and monthly retention by user segment, employer, and activity type.
  • Drive resurrection (reactivation) strategies for dormant and lapsed users through data-driven lifecycle campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Data and Product teams to develop dashboards and daily performance insights, ensuring agile decision-making and rapid optimization.

User Behavior & Segmentation Analytics

  • Analyze user journey data, engagement frequency, and transaction funnel drop-offs to identify key friction points.
  • Develop predictive and behavioral segmentation models (e.g., churn risk, high-value users, low-frequency users).
  • Translate insights into targeted engagement and monetization strategies to increase MAU, transaction frequency, and ARPU.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Build, launch, and A/B test lifecycle and promotional campaigns with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Measure campaign performance rigorously — conversion rates, engagement lift, and incremental revenue — to ensure strong ROI.
  • Partner with Tech and UI/UX teams to run A/B tests and optimize in-app flows, landing pages, and conversion funnels that drive seamless wage access and repeat usage.

Strategic Growth & Experimentation

  • Develop growth hypotheses and implement controlled experiments to test new triggers, incentives, and communication frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate real-time behavioral triggers that drive contextual user engagement.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making on lifecycle investment allocation to maximize retention and transaction yield.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Data, and Employer Success teams to ensure CRM strategies support both B2B2C adoption and employee utilization.
  • Work closely with UI/UX to align messaging, in-app UX, and behavioral nudges with user motivation and context.
  • Support internal knowledge sharing on lifecycle best practices and performance insights.
  • Key Metrics of Success
  • Active user growth (MAU) and DAU/MAU ratio
  • Cohort retention rate and resurrection rate (re-engagement)
  • Activation rate (registered to first transaction)
  • Transaction frequency and revenue per active user (ARPU)
  • CRM campaign conversion rate and ROI uplift from A/B tests
  • Incremental engagement and churn reduction

This might be right for you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing, ideally within fintech, digital wallet, or EWA/payroll ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of user segmentation, behavioral analytics, and funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency with CRM automation tools (Braze, MoEngage, Clevertap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Looker).
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B tests and data-driven experiments with clear hypothesis-driven learning.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A passion for financial inclusion and understanding of behavioral drivers among blue-collar and lower-income users in Southeast Asia.
