About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team at Catur Setia Artha', a leading hospitality and tourism management company. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality business located in Kecamatan Gedangan Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective business operations
  2. Managing and coordinating the work of cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients
  3. Monitoring and optimising operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  4. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
  5. Identifying and addressing operational challenges and risks in a timely manner
  6. Collaborating with the management team to develop and execute business plans
  7. Providing regular reports on operational performance and recommending solutions to enhance productivity

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role within the hospitality or tourism industry
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  4. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
  5. Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in the hospitality and tourism sector
  6. Proficient in using data analysis tools to monitor and report on operational performance
  7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
