Kualifikasi:

  • Memahami bahan kimia umum serta aplikasinya (menjadi nilai tambah).
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales, diutamakan di industri kimia.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris.
  • Memiliki SIM A atau C yang masih berlaku.
  • Terampil dalam negosiasi dan memiliki komunikasi interpersonal yang baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam riset pasar dan pengembangan produk baru.

Tanggung Jawab:
  • Mencapai target penjualan bulanan dan tahunan sesuai dengan ketetapan perusahaan.
  • Membangun serta mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru di sektor industri kimia.
  • Menjalin dan mempertahankan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan yang sudah ada maupun calon pelanggan baru.
  • Memberikan konsultasi teknis dan komersial terkait produk kepada klien.
  • Melakukan presentasi produk, negosiasi harga, hingga proses penutupan penjualan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis dan logistik untuk memastikan kelancaran pengiriman produk ke pelanggan.
  • Melaksanakan riset pasar, memantau tren industri, serta melakukan analisis kompetitor.
  • Menyusun laporan penjualan, forecast, serta memberikan masukan pasar kepada pihak manajemen.
  • Menjaga dan memperbarui pengetahuan produk termasuk aspek aplikasi dan regulasinya.
