Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Country Sales Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, distributors, and installers, and developing strategic plans to expand the business within the region. The role entails analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the company's safety solutions are effectively promoted and delivered. Collaboration with various teams across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Account Management, Business Development, and Market Analysis
  • Skills in Strategic Planning
  • Knowledge of safety equipment and compliance with safety standards; experience in the construction or safety industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to collaborate successfully across multicultural teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work in Jakarta, Indonesia, and travel within Indonesia as required
