Role Overview

As an
Account Executive
, you'll manage client relationships, ensure smooth onboarding and adoption, and work closely with business and product teams to deliver measurable value for every account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and continuous engagement of new customers.
  • Monitor account performance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to deliver client feedback and improve workflows.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to help customers maximize automation benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with logistics, SaaS, or B2B technology is a plus.
  • Goal-driven and proactive in solving problems and creating value.
