Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Swarna Hutama Loka (SHL) in Denpasar. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting design services to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They will work closely with the design team to understand and communicate the value of Swarna Hutama Loka's services to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major. Bachelor's in architecture or similar is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa (oral and written).
- Strong communication skills & customer-oriented, a mature team player, have a positive attitude,
and an eagerness to learn. Also, able to build relationships and facilitate discussions. - Have good logical thinking and proactive to problem-solving.
- Excellent selling and influencing skills.
- Willing to be placed in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts with
a focus on customer retention & improving customer satisfaction. - Contribute to pitching for new business and the existing business.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate weekly, monthly, and quarterly target opportunity/clients by carrying out relevant research and market analysis.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and prioritize new markets.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the brand image through professional conduct, effective communication, and customer-centric practices
