Job Description:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with our organizational goals.

Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.

Employ diverse methodologies and techniques to deliver impactful training sessions.

Analyze and provide feedback on training effectiveness and outcomes.

Oversee all training administration to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Present annual training outcomes to stakeholders with insightful evaluations.

Continuously assess training programs to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Stay updated on the latest training trends and methods to enrich our offerings.


Job Requirements:

A background in hospitality is essential for understanding our unique training needs.

At least 3 years of experience in training within the hospitality sector.

Must reside in Semarang or Central Java.

Proficiency in identifying training needs and developing targeted programs.

Comfortable with various training approaches, including workshops, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching.

Proven experience in designing and executing successful training programs.
