Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Sleman. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with teams to devise strategic growth plans. The role requires a proactive approach to engaging potential customers and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the business development process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct detailed Market Research
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve growth targets
  • Experience in business development or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred
  • An understanding of or interest in the historical fiction and publishing industry is a plus
