Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute engaging social media content and activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
  2. Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach new audiences;
  3. Plan, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns (e.g. TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, X/Twitter Ads);
  4. Collaborate in the production of social media content including photos, videos, and other creative assets to ensure consistent and impactful brand storytelling.

Qualifications

  1. Fluent in English, with a strong and distinctive writing style;
  2. Proven experience in handling and managing social media platforms;
  3. Well-versed in current beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends;
  4. Outgoing and enthusiastic about beauty, content creation, and human interaction;
  5. Highly disciplined with excellent time management skills;
  6. Strong attention to detail and a good sense of design aesthetics;
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  8. Proficient in copywriting and social media storytelling;
  9. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns;
  10. Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging and audience-relevant content;
  11. Videography and editing skills (using CapCut, either on mobile or PC);
  12. Basic visual design skills (using Canva or similar tools).
