We represent our client, a distinguished couture house specializing in bespoke bridal and formal wear. Their creations are crafted with high-end fabrics and meticulous detail, serving clients for weddings, engagements, and major social events across both local and regional markets.

As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring that every piece is crafted to perfection and completed on schedule. You will lead a creative and technical team to deliver high-quality couture pieces that reflect the brand's artistic vision and craftsmanship standards. This role requires a balance of artistic sensibility, leadership, and strong attention to detail to ensure timely production and seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of 5–7 members in managing the entire production process from concept to final delivery.

  • Ensure all couture and bridal pieces are produced according to design specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

  • Collaborate closely with designers and creative teams to translate design motifs into tangible products while maintaining brand aesthetics.

  • Utilize design tools such as Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator for motif creation and production detailing.

  • Manage production schedules, track progress, and proactively address potential delays or quality issues.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, pattern makers, and artisans to ensure smooth workflow and material readiness.

  • Monitor production KPIs and ensure targets are met, particularly in achieving timely delivery for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in couture or bridal production management.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and passionate about quality craftsmanship.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with creative and production teams.

  • Based in Jakarta and willing to work on-site (WFO).
