About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team at PT MULIA DAYA LESTARI. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Utara and will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day management and coordination of the business unit
  • Providing strategic input and support in decision-making processes
  • Managing and overseeing various administrative and operational tasks
  • Serving as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation

What we're looking for

  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin, both verbal and written, proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role
  • Proven track record of successful project management and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with relevant business software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
