Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and mobilize manpower and resources to deliver projects with HSSE excellence, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce Safety Management Plans, safety inspections, audits, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, including consequence management.
  • Monitor safety performance using leading/lagging indicators, conduct meetings and evaluations, and implement action plans to close performance gaps.
  • Lead investigations of accidents/incidents, report findings to management and authorities, and ensure effective corrective actions and competency-based safety training.
  • Collaborate with authorities, contractors, and project-affected communities to address public health, labor welfare, environmental issues, and community concerns related to HSSE.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering/HSE/Public Health
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Safety Manager for construction
  • Have exposure working in Safety for construction projects of Hydro Electric Power / Power Plant will be beneficial
  • Good leadership & managerial skills
  • Willing to be located in Malinau, Kalimantan Utara with roster based
