The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability & CSR Director to define and execute the company's sustainability strategy while leading impactful CSR initiatives. You will drive programs that create measurable social and environmental value, strengthen the company's reputation, and align with global sustainability standards. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will act as the strategic driver for sustainability across all business units.



Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability and CSR strategy aligned with corporate objectives and global best practices.

  • Drive initiatives in environmental sustainability, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing.

  • Lead CSR programs that positively impact communities, employees, and consumers.

  • Collaborate with business units, marketing, supply chain, and R&D teams to embed sustainability into products, processes, and brand initiatives.

  • Monitor, report, and communicate sustainability performance internally and externally, ensuring alignment with UN SDGs and industry standards.

  • Build partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to maximize social and environmental impact.

  • Champion a culture of sustainability and corporate responsibility throughout the organisation.


 
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum of 12–15 years' experience in sustainability, CSR, or corporate responsibility roles, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing sustainability strategies and CSR programs.

  • Strong understanding of global sustainability standards, ESG frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to influence and drive change across multiple business units.

  • Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
