We are seeking a
Senior Accounting, finance, & Tax
with
5+ years of experience
to manage and oversee financial operations across our
Wisma Atlet residential management
. This role requires both hands-on accounting expertise and strategic financial management to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and profitability across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead bookkeeping, financial reporting, and monthly consolidation for both businesses.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support growth.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
  • Review, prepare, and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Handle AP/AR, tenant billing, supplier/vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax and accounting standards.
  • Implement and improve finance SOPs across Wisma Atlet & Mini Mart.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in finance/accounting (preferably in retail, property management, or hospitality).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or Tax certification is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of
    Indonesian GAAP & tax regulations
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel & accounting software
    (Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage
    multi-business unit finance & reporting
    .
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    POS & inventory systems
    (retail operations).
  • Familiarity with
    tenant billing & facility management systems
    .
  • Professional certification such as Brevet A & B (for Indonesia) or equivalent international tax certification.
