We're Hiring: Head Florist (Full-Time)

FlowerMail is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Florist to lead our creative studio in Kedoya, West Jakarta. We're seeking someone with a strong design sense, a love for flowers, and the leadership skills to guide a talented team in bringing stunning floral visions to life.

Job Descriptions:

• Create and design floral arrangements that align with each client's vision and event theme
• Manage sourcing and inventory: order fresh flowers and supplies, inspect deliveries, and maintain quality standards
• Lead and support the florist team: supervise, train, mentor, and schedule staff for smooth daily operations
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients and internal teams on weddings, special events, and large-scale projects from concept to setup
• Handle supplier relations: negotiate for quality, variety, and fair costs
• Stay creative and current: explore floral trends, new techniques, and assist in product R&D to keep our designs fresh and innovative

Job Requirements:

• No formal floristry certification required – just show us your talent and experience
• Significant experience or portfolio in floral design and shop operations is a major plus
• Strong artistic sense in color, form, and arrangement
• Proven leadership skills in managing, training, and motivating a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills – able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Solid understanding of flower care, storage, and handling
• Able to work under pressure, especially during peak event seasons
• Full-time, on-site position based in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
