  • Berkordinasi dengan sesama team sales terkait dengan pengajuan memo budget akusisi secara tahunan dan melakukan diskusi dengan team finance internal untuk finalisasi budget.
  • Melakukan monitoring performance dari channel akusisi cabang/network, agency/MSA, Direct Sales, Telesales dan membuat laporan bulanan atas hasil dari channel yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan Unit Bisnis WPB, Funding, Network dll  terkait program bundling program penjualan kartu kredit dan KTA secara lebih baik dan memastikan program tersebut berjalan sesuai dengan yg diharapkan.
  • Memastikan bahwa aktivitas akusisi dan pemasaran Kartu Kredit dan KTA dari channel yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya berjalan dengan baik dan telah mengikuti aturan yang sudah ditentukan baik dalam Credit Card & KTA Product Program dan L5 Unsecured Loan Division
  • Berkoordinasi dengan unit-unit terkait (RCRM, RCI, Liabilities, SLD, EMB, WPB, Ops, IT dll) dengan memberikan usulan Program, Pengembangan operasional untuk mencapai memudahkan process pemasaran dalam mencapai target Akuisisi
  • Mengelola dan bekerjasama dengan vendor outsourcing dapat berjalan dengan baik dan melakukan monitoring terhadap hasil dari channel channel tersebut secara bulanan utk peningkatan performance channel tersebut
  • Membuat program program marketing yang menarik, efefktif dan effisien sehingga dapat meningkatan pengajuan aplikasi kartu kredit dan KTA OCBC
  • Menyiapkan laporan laporan bulanan terkait performance akusisi dari semua channel yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya dan melakukan bulanan meeting dengan semua team akusisi  untuk  pencapaian target KPI sales.
