About the Role

We are looking for a
Product Specialist
who will act as the product expert and bridge between the Product Development, Sales/Marketing, and Customer teams. This role ensures that the product positioning, usage education, and product improvement feedback are consistently aligned with market needs.

If you love understanding how products solve real customer problems, translating product value into clear communication, and supporting growth strategies — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge & Training

  • Develop strong expertise in product features, benefits, and unique differentiators.
  • Conduct internal product training for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
  • Prepare product presentation materials, demo scripts, and selling points.

Go-to-Market Support

  • Support product launches, campaigns, events, and trade activations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product messages are accurate and effective.
  • Create educational content (FAQs, product guides, usage tips).

Market & Customer Insight

  • Collect customer feedback and insights from field teams, online channels, and user community.
  • Monitor competitor product offerings and market movement.
  • Provide structured feedback to the Product Development team for continuous improvement.

Sales Support

  • Assist sales team in pre-sales and post-sales product consultation.
  • Occasionally join client/vendor meetings/events to support product explanation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or relevant field.
  • 1 year experience
    in Product Specialist, Brand Executive, Product Trainer, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (able to explain complex things simply).
  • Analytical and structured in delivering feedback and reporting.
  • Passionate about product quality, innovation, and customer experience.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
