We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market position. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and building strong customer relationships to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.

Job Description

  • Ensure the business achieves both short term and long-term revenue target
  • Drive the sales strategy to deliver portfolio growth. Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to shape sales approaches
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team objectives. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers, securing increased long-lasting business
  • Engage and lead the sales force, increasing capability and productivity
  • Work closely with the operational leads to optimize sales & marketing strategy
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs, managing sales activity & forecasts
  • Assist the team with networking, pricing, bids and tenders
  • Manage and optimize the use of digital tools
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Possesses a business or technical degree and 7-10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field
  • Proven track record in a sales management role, within a similar industry (construction/ facilities management/ HVAC/ fire & security/ service/ M&E), preferably from elevator industry.
  • Results focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
  • Possess successful experience motivating sales teams through collaborative and inclusive leadership.
  • Experience in managing a team, with strong sales track record.
  • Display a strategic mindset with the ability to deliver short term goals and reach longer term objective
