PT ODA RUMAH ALAM leading Mavelo Brand is a rapidly growing e-commerce company entering the Indonesian market, is currently seeking a dedicated individual for a dual role as KOL Specialist and Affiliate. We are in the exciting stage of increasing our sales, with many opportunities to pioneer and resolve tasks for the first time.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Identifying Potential Affiliates on Shopee and TTS

Find and evaluate affiliates that match your brand values and target audience.

Use data such as engagement rate, niche, and content relevance.

2. Acquisition and Affiliate Management

Recruit new affiliates and build long-term relationships with them.

Provide guidance to maximize sales potential. Make a working agreement with KOL and ensure KOL meets their activity targets

3. Commission negotiations and cooperation

Negotiate commissions, promotion timelines, and targets.

Ensure each party understands the obligations and benefits of cooperation

4. Coordination Of Promotional Content

Organize the distribution of promotional materials to facilitate affiliators.

Help affiliates create engaging content, such as videos or infographics.

5. Monitor The Performance Of The Affiliate

Track the sales performance of each affiliate.

Provide performance reports to help them improve effectiveness.

6. Market research and trends

Monitor trends on TikTok or other platforms for better marketing strategies.

Align affiliate activity with major brand campaigns.

7. Campaign management and communication

Manage the schedule of the affiliate campaign, including communication and management of inquiries.Provides additional incentives for top performance. Support the promotion of specific products - run special campaigns, such as Ramadan promos.

8. Live streaming management

Plan and schedule live stream sessions, provide the recommendations for live streaming sessions in order to increase sales and views. At the beginning we will ask you to assist us with live hosting,  review and sell products during livestreaming, Livestreaming 2-4 hours several times a week, actively interact with followers and audience during live sessions, prepare materials for live sessions in accordance with promotional plans and targets, increase the number of live stream viewers, responding to customer chat on TTS and Shopee

9. Analysis, reports, and optimization

Create affiliate performance reports.

Provide input strategies to improve ROI.

10. Long-Term Partnership Development

Maintain good relationships with major affiliates.

Creating new collaboration opportunities for more effective affiliate programs

11. SMM management

Manage regular content publication in FB, Instagram and TT

Qualifications :

  1. Female, max 30 years old

2.Minimum 2-3 years experience as KOL & Affiliate specialist

3.Proven experience in talent recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencer/Creator) is a strong plus

4.S1 degree majoring in Accounting / Finance

5.Experience in the world of beauty is a plus

6.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

7.Strong analytical and problem solving skills

8.Work under pressure

9.Work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment

10.Willing to work in West Jakarta

11.Willing to work immediately (ASAP)

12.Experience in Home&Living category will be a bonus

  1. English level B1-B2 will be a bonus
