As a
Campaign Strategist
at Kawan Lama Group, you will play a key role in driving growth and engagement across our marketplace ecosystem. You'll develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that attract, activate, and retain both buyers and sellers. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product marketing, performance marketing, data analytics, and design—to craft high-impact campaigns that fuel marketplace activity and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, social, CRM, in-app, and partnerships) aligned with marketplace growth goals.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies and creative briefs; manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign performance, marketplace dynamics, and user behavior to optimize conversion rates and improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with product, growth, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for engagement and retention on both sides of the marketplace (buyers and sellers).
  • Creative Direction:
  • Partner with the creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging, visuals, and experiences tailored to different audience segments.
  • Lifecycle & CRM Marketing:
  • Develop and manage lifecycle journeys to onboard, nurture, and retain users through personalized communications and automation.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, activation rate, retention rate, GMV growth, etc.) and deliver insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in campaign management, growth marketing, or strategy—preferably in a
    marketplace or e-commerce environment
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    customer acquisition funnels
    ,
    CRM platforms
    , and
    marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience coordinating
    cross-channel campaigns
    with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand storytelling and customer empathy.
