Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Control: Track the progress of all projects in the branch factory according to production needs. Conduct project progress control, input review, resource coordination, and risk early warning.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources. Follow up on project implementation progress, execute the project, and deliver samples.
  • Risk Analysis: Identify and assess project risks, and formulate responsive strategies and solutions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Execute project quality control plans to ensure the quality of the project process and results meet standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide suggestions and recommendations on project process improvement to promote continuous enhancements of project management practices.
  • Information Security: Implement the company's information security management policies and requirements, supervise compliance, and report information security violations.
