Role Description

We are currently looking for talented professionals to join our Audit Division at all levels:

Junior Auditor – Ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a solid career foundation in public accounting.

Senior Auditor – For experienced auditors who can lead assignments, review junior work, and manage client relationships.

Audit Manager – For professionals with proven leadership in managing multiple engagements, teams, and client portfolios.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing audit assignments, preparing audit reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The positions also involve analyzing financial statements, assessing risk management processes, and providing recommendations to clients to improve financial and operational control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards (PSAK & SPAP).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience depending on level applied (fresh graduate to managerial).
  • Willing to work full-time and travel for client engagements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an audit firm or related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian
