We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Responsible to lead & manage Photographer Team to cater Creative & other division's needsCreate & develop concepts ideas for Product/Model Photoshoot for NPL or existing campaignDirects Photographer & DI Specialist to achieve qualified images within the standard for Social Media, Marketplace, Offline, or Other division's needDevelop concept deck & storyline for Video Campaign of New Product Launch or Branding VideoWork closely and collaborate with the Production Division for video &/ model photo productionsSupervise video production from pre-production, production day, & post-production alongside Creative DirectorDirects video productions if neededRequirements:Has an experience an Art Director, have a good knowledge of photography & TVC production for more than 2 yearsExperienced & passionate working on beauty industryHas good leadership skillsDetail oriented personAble to work in fast phase environmentAdaptable, Agile, Quick learnerGood English communication skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, & Premiere ProWe have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
