As a mid-level manager, you'll own the full BD cycle: discovery, qualification, pitch, deal-closing & hand-off to delivery teams. You'll also partner with Growth Marketing to align go-to-market strategy and contribute to thought leadership (e.g., webinars, Podcast or IG Tiktok content) to raise brand awareness and organic leads.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1-3 years' experience in business development / sales (preferably in digital marketing, agency, or ecommerce) in Indonesia.Demonstrated track record of closing B2B deals (preferably > IDR 100 million annual contract size or equivalent).Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage end-to-end sales process.Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a small leadership team.Networked in the online business owner or ecom brand manager community is a plusGrowth mindset, keen on do beyond basic bizdev job like leads ads, content creation etcWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + commission/bonus tied to performance.Opportunity for influence: shape go-to-market strategy and help build the BD function from the ground up.Learn how to grow the clients business.Clear path to senior BD leadership (Head of BD) within 12-24 months for top performers.
