Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing affiliates, influencers, MCNs, or creators (mandatory).
  • Bachelor degree in Manegement, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proven achievement in generating or contributing to GMV growth.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, affiliate marketing models, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (required) both written and verbal.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in performance marketing or creator/affiliate platforms is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, agents, or MCN networks to drive traffic and sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve affiliate performance and maximize GMV contribution.
  • Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and create actionable optimization plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and provide continuous support to increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, category, operations) to develop campaigns and incentives.
  • Track and report affiliate performance, ROI, and key metrics to management.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities and market trends within the e-commerce ecosystem.
