As an SEO Specialist, you will drive the company's organic growth engine—leading technical optimization, keyword strategy, content mapping, competitive analysis, and performance experiments to help us dominate search rankings in the US market.

What You'll Do

Daily Responsibilities (High Workload & Fast-Paced)

  • Conduct full SEO audits and identify technical issues and optimization opportunities.
  • Perform keyword research for 20–30 product or content pages daily and map keywords for SEO content briefs.
  • Execute on-page optimizations: title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, headers, internal links, etc.
  • Analyze organic performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMRush.
  • Monitor daily keyword ranking movements and track competitor activities in the US market.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure all content follows SEO best practices, including EEAT, intent, structure, and internal linking.
  • Manage off-page SEO initiatives including backlink outreach and media releases.
  • Analyze CTR, impressions, indexing issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot crawling issues, indexing errors, duplicate content, and structural problems.
  • Run SEO experiments (A/B tests) and measure impact quickly.
  • Identify high-quality backlink opportunities and optimize landing pages or product categories.
  • Handle local SEO optimization (Google My Business).

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to grow organic traffic by 10–15% month-over-month.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify 5–8 new SEO opportunities weekly.
  • Create SEO content briefs for 10–15 product or blog pages.
  • Monitor site health: speed, crawlability, indexing, backlink profile, and page performance.
  • Update and maintain the weekly SEO roadmap aligned with cross-team objectives.

Monthly Responsibilities

  • Optimize and publish 20–30 new SEO-focused content pages per month.
  • Evaluate ranking performance and discover new high-impact keyword opportunities.
  • Produce monthly SEO performance reports with strategic recommendations.
  • Develop long-term SEO improvements, including technical upgrades, content clusters, and link-building systems.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house)
  • Fluent English is required
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
  • Data-driven, structured, highly analytical, and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle high workload, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience targeting the US market is a strong plus.
