This role necessitates a seasoned professional with a robust background in finance and a demonstrated history of adept financial control and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Lead the budgeting process and develop comprehensive financial forecasts.
  • Monitor variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Proven experience 5 Year in a senior finance role, ideally as a Financial Controller or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • English is a Must
