Qualification :

  • Penempatan Semarang
  • Minimal pendidikan D3 dan diutamakan S1 (IPK min. 2.75)
  • Mampu membangun komunikasi dengan baik (bahasa inggris diutamakan)
  • Menguasai: Aplikasi Canva, Design Grafis, Video Maker (event/ceremony), Social media / menguasai Technology, Bisa membuat event dan membuat budgeting event.
  • Diprioritaskan yang sudah memiliki pengalaman yang sama.
  • Mempunyai kemampuan analitis yang tinggi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai EO
  • Bisa mengolah data menggunakan excel

Jobdesk :

  1. Memberikan ide dan penyelenggaraaan program motivasi untuk seluruh staf Contact Center sebagai penyeimbang dari pekerjaan yang bersifat rutinitas, untuk memotivasi staf agar konsisten memberikan layanan terbaik bagi nasabah dan meningkatkan kerjasama antar tim guna mendukung pencapaian target, baik service maupun sales.
  2. Memberikan konsep dan ide program yang bisa menumbuhkan motivasi dan semangat bagi seluruh staf Contact Center untuk terus meningkatkan kinerjanya dan memastikan eksekusi dari setiap program tepat waktu, sesuai budget dengan hasil sesuai yang direncanakan. Contoh: kegiatan IBO (Ibadah, Budaya & Olahraga) dan kegiatan motivational program lainnya.
  3. Membuat program/event untuk peningkatan kemampuan soft skill (mis: komunikasi, kerjasama tim dan kreativitas) maupun hard skill (mis: selling skill) dengan menggunakan konsep kompetisi tetapi tetap "fun". Contoh: Decoration Program, Sales Competition Program dan lain-lain.
  4. Membuat program/event yang menunjang kinerja staf Contact Center sesuai dengan target dari manajemen, baik service maupun sales. Contoh: Best CCO & Sales Monthly Program, Sales Competition Program dan lain-lain.
  5. Berkoordinasi dengan unit lain dalam Contact Center dalam pelaksanaan setiap program, misalnya dengan tim Operasional dan tim Support (trainer, QA, IT, vendor dan lain-lain).
  6. Memberikan support dalam pelaksanaan program apresiasi maupun kegiatan lain dari unit Contact Center lainnya. Contoh: motivational/development training, dan lain-lain.
  7. Melakukan evaluasi dari setiap program yang sudah dilaksanakan, antara lain melalui survei ke peserta program.
  8. Membuat laporan/laporan bulanan dari setiap event/program yang telah dilakukan.
