Financial Wellness & Engagement Specialist
who's passionate about helping people feel confident with money — and knows how to turn financial education into real engagement.

You'll support our
sales and customer success
teams by presenting Finetiks'
Employee Financial Wellness Programs
, creating engaging content, and developing programs that help employees stay active and motivated on their financial journey.

What You'll Do

Deliver presentations and workshops on budgeting, saving, and personal finance

Support sales pitches to HR and company partners with practical financial insights

Create engaging short videos and social content on financial wellness topics

Design ongoing
financial engagement programs
that help users stay active on the Finetiks app (e.g. "Budget Better Challenge", "Save Smart Month")

Collaborate with the customer success team to track engagement and improve user retention

You're Someone Who

  • Has
    CFP certification
    or a
    strong background in financial planning / literacy
  • Is
    confident presenting
    to both small groups and large audiences (Bahasa Indonesia + English)
  • Understands how to explain financial topics simply, clearly, and with empathy
  • Enjoys being on camera, creating relatable content, and engaging communities
  • Is proactive, mission-driven, and loves seeing people improve their financial lives
