Requirement :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering.
  • Mempunyai pengetahuan yang baik pemeliharaan gedung, keuangan, admin, sumber daya manusia, dan tenant relation .
  • Dapat mengelolah operasional building secara keseluruhan (Housekeeping, security, maintenance dan equipment.
  • Pengalaman min. 3 Tahun sebagai Building Manager di Gedung Komersil atau Mall.
  • Pengalaman handling gedung, HVAC, Mesin/Genset.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi Building Management (nilai tambah).
  • Memiliki kemampuan Leadership yang baik dan mampu bekerjasama dengan tim.
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap pemeliharaan dan perbaikan gedung.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di One District @ Puri Tangerang.

Job Description :

  • Bertanggung jawab menangani kualitas dan pemeliharaan gedung, Keuangan, Admin & Sumber Daya Manusia, dan hubungan dengan penyewa atau tenant.
  • Tanggung jawab untuk mengelola masalah operasional secara keseluruhan, termasuk safety dan security, housekeeping, and maintenance of the building and equipment.
  • Mengontrol pengelolaan gedung, perawatan gedung, peralatan dan perlengkapan umum.
  • Mengontrol perawatan rutin terhadap peralatan teknis gedung secara menyeluruh melalui perawatan preventive maintanance maupun corrective maintanance dan breakdown maintanance.
  • Berkoordinasi terkait pekerjaan proyek atau renovasi.
