Site Supervisor

Kualifikasi:

  1. Usia Max 45 thn
  2. Mampu memahami keseluruhan setiap proses setting interior meliput persiapan lapangan, progress hingga serah terima proyek
  3. Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik
  4. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik untuk mengkoordinasikan kebutuhan dan detail project kepada team ataupun pihak terkait
  5. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang tinggi, teliti, jujur, dan disiplin.
  6. Mau perjalanan luar kot

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Melakukan pengecekan lapangan pra setting
  2. Merencakan time schedule setting
  3. Memberikan instruksi pekerjaan dan pengarahan kepada pelaksana dan vendor lain guna  menunjang pelaksanaan proyek.
  4. Mengadakan kontrol terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai dengan instruksi-instruksi yang diberikan baik segi teknis, kualitas pekerjaan, maupun time schedulenya
  5. Mengatur penggunaan tenaga pekerja di proyek untuk menunjang rencana Time Schedule
  6. Melakukan quality control
  7. Membicarakan masalah-masalah khusus dan kesulitan-kesulitan teknis dengan Proyek Manager.
  8. Membuat laporan mingguan untuk Proyek Manager yang mencakup kegiatan proyek, kesulitan-kesulitan proyek, dan hal-hal khusus yang perlu dilaporkan.
  9. Membicarakan kesulitan-kesulitan, rencana detail dengan Proyek Manager.
