Responsibilities:

  • Review transactions in the Core Banking System related to payments from vendors and other Divisions, and coordinate with relevant work units.
  • Monitor the charging and journal input for transactions from FCD performed by the Operation Division.
  • Prepare the Miscellaneous Amortized Assets Table based on the useful life of each expense.
  • Assist in processing the daily IFRS Regla Amortization GL.
  • Assist in preparing the Monthly Reports for CKPN BG, Treasury, LC, and Interbank Placements.
  • Review and provide data for expense charging journals outside NPB through the Garoon Application from other Divisions to be recorded by the Operation Division.
  • Provide journal data for transactions related to expense provisioning from other Divisions.
  • Prepare amortization/depreciation journals for miscellaneous assets for the Operation Division.
  • Ensure the accuracy of inputted data for journals that have been recorded by the Operation Division.
  • Coordinate with other Divisions regarding existing Provisioning and Amortization matters.
  • Support Branches and relevant Divisions in creating new accounts (COA) in the Core Banking System, and monitor existing accounts within the Core Banking System.
  • Draft internal policies related to accounting operations and perform periodic updates.
  • Willing to carry out additional tasks/work assigned by superiors for the benefit of the Company, especially the Financial Control Division.
  • Execute other tasks assigned by superiors (Ad-hoc).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related fields.
  • Prior working experience of at minimum 4 years handling Accounting or related fields in the Banking industry, with prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm.
  • Proficient in Accounting Policies and Procedures, Banking Regulation, Capital Management, Financial Accounting, Financial Data Analysis, Fixed Asset Management, Taxation, and Core Banking System.
  • English fluent
  • Microsoft Office savvy (especially Excel)
  • Placement: Sudirman, Jakarta
