Requirements:

  • D3/S1 any major with GPA 2,75
  • Max 2 year in Data Entry and Processing/verification/reporting and-or similar (experience must stated in brief in the CV)
  • Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Skills: Candidates must pass an intermediate Excel test, demonstrating proficiency in tasks like creating PivotTables, using SUMIFS, cleaning text columns, and more. Mandatory.
  • Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
  • Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
  • Fast response, effective and efficient in working
  • Able to work within dynamic environment
  • Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in Englih
  • Willing to work in the shifting schedule (comfortable to work in morning-afternoon-night shift and scheduled days off /randomly days-off)

Job Scope/Job Description:

  • Provide excellent service by processing registrations quickly and accurately
  • Manage the service registration process and disputes arising from our merchant and stakeholder
  • Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our merchant and stakeholderMonitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses
  • Collect and report for any technical or system issues while processing data entry
