Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tangerang for a Sales and Marketing Specialist - Management Program. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, executing sales strategies, and delivering effective communication to represent client brands. The specialist will also provide outstanding customer service, participate in team training sessions, and work towards achieving sales targets and managing sales activities.

Qualifications :

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact customers.
  • Willing to learn
  • Experience in the sales, retails or customer service industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Sales target driven
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in basic English is mandatory.
