Influencer Marketing Specialist

(1) Language: Fluent in Bahasa, Conversational proficiency in English is highly valued.

(2) Role:

1.   Influencer recruitment, contact, and product planning for joint purchases.

2.   Social Media(Instagram, YouTube, etc) content planning / influencer search & casting / data-driven performance analysis.

3.   Deriving product USP (Unique Selling Proposition) and development direction insights through analysis of content trends, market, and competitors.

4.   Management and enhancement of key influencer partnerships.

(2) Professional Skills:

1.   Bachelor's degree or higher (marketing-related major preferred)

2.     Strong understanding of beauty/skincare content planning

years of experience in influencer marketing or an equivalent role

years of experience in e-commerce or an equivalent role

(3) Preferred Qualifications:

1.     Who habitually watches beauty, skincare, and social media short-form content.

2.     Who enjoys online shopping.

3.     Who has a deep understanding of the customer's journey to a purchase.

4.     Who can think from the perspective of the consumer.

5.     Who communicates transparently and is highly receptive to feedback.

Working Conditions

  • Position Type: Full-time employee.
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break). Work hours may be subject to change based on business needs.
  • Location: located near KotaKasablanka, Jakarta.
  • Commencement date: 1st December
  • Salary & Benefits: based on experience and company policy.
  • Probation Period: 3 months with 100% of the salary.
