Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Vice President for B2B Sales and Business Development, based in Pekanbaru. The role involves driving strategic initiatives to expand business partnerships and sales opportunities within the palm oil sector. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with B2B clients, analyzing market trends, identifying potential opportunities, and leading business development efforts to meet company objectives. The Associate Vice President will also mentor and guide the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting, market research, and forecasting
- Understanding of the agritech, agribusiness, or palm oil sector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
