About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Development Specialist to join our growing Consumer Products Division.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing innovative oral care and consumer health products — from concept to launch — ensuring every product meets our quality, brand, and market expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product development process, from ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Supply Chain, and Sales) to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Conduct market and trend research to identify opportunities for new product innovations.
  • Source and evaluate raw materials, packaging, and suppliers.
  • Ensure product compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development within FMCG, oral care, personal care industry.
  • Strong understanding of formulation, sensory testing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
