We Are Hiring: Sales Planning Manager – Mazda Indonesia

Mazda Indonesia is looking for a highly strategic and analytical
Sales Planning Manager
to drive sales growth, optimize our sales strategies, and strengthen our dealer network performance. This role plays a crucial part in shaping Mazda's market direction and ensuring our sales operations meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Business Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor movements to shape sales direction.
  • Create sales plans that align with Mazda's business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Standardize tools, processes, and new sales-related programs.
  • Drive brand guidelines through regular dealer training sessions.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Aftersales, and other internal stakeholders to support business initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and insights based on market and customer observations.
  • Coordinate with sales support teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

3. Sales Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Prepare regular sales achievement reports and business presentations for management.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data insights and market shifts.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales planning, business analysis, and strategy development.
