Mazda Indonesia is looking for a highly strategic and analytical
Sales Planning Manager
to drive sales growth, optimize our sales strategies, and strengthen our dealer network performance. This role plays a crucial part in shaping Mazda's market direction and ensuring our sales operations meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor movements to shape sales direction.
- Create sales plans that align with Mazda's business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Standardize tools, processes, and new sales-related programs.
- Drive brand guidelines through regular dealer training sessions.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Aftersales, and other internal stakeholders to support business initiatives.
- Provide feedback and insights based on market and customer observations.
- Coordinate with sales support teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
3. Sales Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare regular sales achievement reports and business presentations for management.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data insights and market shifts.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry preferred).
- Proven track record in sales planning, business analysis, and strategy development.
