McEasy is Indonesia's Top Transportation Management System with IoT Integration. We provide Internet-based and GPS-based digital solutions to address the needs of logistics operations and vehicle location tracking.

Hundreds of companies use our product to assist their operations and logistics, including Alfamidi, FedEx, Club, Cleo, Anteraja, MGM Bosco, PO Rosalia Indah, Mulia Ceramics, Polda Jatim, Go Trans, AKAS, and etc.

Currently we are looking for best candidate to become Telemarketing Supervisor to join our evergrowing team.

Job Description
  • Develop a product roadmap and prioritization strategy to address user needs while achieving business objectives.
  • Drive business KPIs and success metrics in term of mobile app developments (users app and driver app)
  • Understand user needs and translate them into product requirements, considering business goals, development costs, and potential technical debt.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand and prioritize needs across various use cases and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the ideation, research, design, development, and adoption of user-centric mobile app products.
  • Innovate and experiment on new mobile app technology to drive better user experience and higher user adoption
Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or engineering on Mobile App Products. (Career Transtition from Engineering Roles are welcome to apply)
  • Good knowledge of the technical aspects of Mobile App Development. (Solid experience in Flutter is preferred)
  • Outstanding customer-focused approach with the ability to empathize with business users and address their issues effectively.
