Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical / or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience as a Supervisor of Maintenance in a manufacturing environment (preferably in garment / textile's industry will be an advantage).
  • Experienced in Total Productive Maintenance.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong knowledge on electrical installation and protection.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Well organized and able to make quick/effective decisions.
  • Must be willing to work in Semarang (Central Java).

Job Description:

  • Lead the Maintenance function/department.
  • Ensure smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems to support uninterrupted organizational activities.
  • Monitor energy usage (water, electricity, diesel, CNG) and address overconsumption through effective utilization strategies.
  • Oversee hazardous waste management in compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance to the maintenance team to resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with government, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise maintenance and construction projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Build skills and competencies within maintenance team to ensure skillful engineering team.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
  • Ensure timely renewal and implementation of sustainability tests, service agreements, and legal certifications (including ISO, HIGG, GRS and sustainability compliances)
