About Us

The Canopy Room under PT UOR is not your usual retail brand. It's a multi-brand fashion destination — blending
digitally immersive experiences
and
in-person storytelling
— with the goal of nurturing Indonesia's fashion movement. We believe in collaboration, craftsmanship, and creative identity.

Launching online in December 2025 and opening our flagship store in 2026, we aim to bring local designers, creative communities, and independent labels together under one canopy.

Role: Brand Partnership Executive

As a Brand Partnership Associate, you'll support the development and coordination of partnerships across Indonesia's vibrant fashion landscape. You'll help connect The Canopy Room with designers, tastemakers, and creative collaborators — especially within
women-centric fashion and lifestyle circles
.

This role suits someone who enjoys relationship-building, has a strong eye for style and storytelling, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partner brands aligned with our vision and aesthetic.
  • Support onboarding of local designers and independent labels, especially within womenswear and lifestyle categories.
  • Maintain partnership databases, communication pipelines, and relationship touchpoints.
  • Help prepare presentations, proposals, and partnership decks.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and co-branded campaign activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams for launches, pop-ups, and experiential activations.
  • Attend design events, community gatherings, and brand meet-ups as part of our external representation.
  • Monitor partnership performance and compile reports or insights.

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, communications, or creative industries

Familiarity with Indonesian fashion — especially womenswear, lifestyle brands, and local creative communities.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of partnership workflows, campaign coordination, and brand collaboration processes.

Warm, approachable, and relationship-driven, with strong emotional intelligence.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up and task management.

A collaborative team player who thrives in design-led, creative environments.

Genuine passion for local fashion, storytelling, and community-driven initiatives.
