  • Membangun hubungan dan menjalin koneksi dengan klien existing dan baru
  • Mengelola dan menjaga informasi serta preferensi klien
  • Meningkatkan penjualan secara berkelanjutan untuk mencapai target bulanan
  • Memantau aliran penjualan, stok, dan pengiriman
  • Siap merespons pertanyaan dan memastikan tindak lanjut yang efektif untuk meningkatkan konversi

Digital Sales

Client Advisor

  • Berorientasi pada target, integritas tinggi, dan dapat dipercaya
  • Efektif dalam komunikasi persuasif
  • Energik dan ramah dalam berinteraksi
  • Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik, baik lisan maupun tertulis
  • Antusias dalam memberikan layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa
  • Mandiri dan proaktif dalam melakukan tindak lanjut
  • Pengalaman di bidang luxury brand menjadi nilai tambah
  • Kemampuan manajemen waktu yang baik

  • Pengalaman kerja 1–3 tahun di bidang sales (lebih diutamakan dari industri luxury retail atau jam tangan mewah)
  • Terbukti berhasil mengubah leads menjadi penjualan nyata
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik (Bahasa Indonesia & Inggris, bisa bahasa lain jadi nilai plus)
  • Latar belakang di bidang hospitality atau layanan pelanggan premium sangat diutamakan
  • Terbiasa menggunakan alat digital untuk penjualan (chat, email, WhatsApp, media sosial)
  • Energik, proaktif, dan berorientasi pada target
