About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join the Kodegiri Development Program for Partnership.

This is a unique opportunity to learn from our Chief Partnership Officer and CEO, and to build long-term strategic partnerships that drive our business forward. This role is not focused on immediate sales, but on building sustainable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with at least 25 potential or existing partners daily, both virtually and in-person.

  2. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as CEOs, Partnership Officers, and PICs from partner companies.

  3. Collaborate internally to align partnership goals with company strategy, and contribute to group targets.

  4. Attend meetings, networking events, and follow up on partnership opportunities.

  5. Work closely under the guidance of the Chief Partnership Officer and CEO to refine your skills.

  6. Focus on long-term relationship building rather than short-term sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field, but open to any field.

  2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and communicate effectively.

  3. Willingness to learn and adapt, with a passion for building relationships.

  4. Ability to manage time and meet daily engagement goals.

  5. Open to being based in Jakarta and working in a hybrid mode (combination of remote and in-office).

  6. Demonstrated interest in business development, partnerships, or strategic collaboration is a plus.

  7. High level of integrity and willingness to work towards long-term goals.
