National Retail Sales Manager

National Retail Sales Manager akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi operasional toko ritel, mengelola dan memotivasi tim penjualan, mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi penjualan, memantau kinerja penjualan, dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
National Retail Sales Manager juga akan bertanggung jawab atas manajemen inventaris, penganggaran, dan analisis data penjualan.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimal S1 atau Bachelor's Degree, diutamakan jurusan Teknik atau jurusan Bisnis dan serupa
- Minimal pengalaman 6 tahun di bidang Retail Sales Material Building dan Saniter
- Terbiasa mengelola Traditional Market atau Pop and Mom Store
- Keterampilan kepemimpinan dan manajerial yang kuat
- Kemampuan untuk menganalisis data penjualan dan membuat keputusan strategis
- Pengetahuan tentang Operasional Retail dan layanan pelanggan (khususnya dalam bahan bangunan)
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam lingkungan yang serba cepat dan dinamis
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Mengembangkan dan menerapkan rencana penjualan ritel tahunan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan, pangsa pasar, dan profitabilitas di seluruh gerai
- Mengelola dan memotivasi tim penjualan ritel di seluruh wilayah untuk mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan dan OKR
- Menganalisis data penjualan, tren pasar, dan informasi kompetitif untuk mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan dan mengembangkan strategi yang sesuai
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Pemasaran untuk merancang dan menerapkan kampanye promosi yang efektif untuk menarik pelanggan dan mendorong penjualan
- Memantau kinerja gerai, mengidentifikasi area yang membutuhkan perbaikan, dan mengembangkan rencana tindakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan profitabilitas
- Mewakili perusahaan dan membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan mitra ritel utama dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya
