Responsibilites

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.
  • Manage digital marketing activities (social media, marketplace, website, digital ads) and offline marketing initiatives (in-store promotions, events, partnerships, branding materials).
  • Collaborate with the design, sales, and retail teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with influencers, communities, and business partners to expand brand reach.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or retail industries (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Knowledgeable in both digital and offline marketing strategies.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty trends and consumer behavior.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and good communication skills
  • Experience using digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics platforms) is a plus.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
