Job Descriptions:

  • Translate technical documents, manuals, specifications, and reports from Mandarin to English (and vice versa) with high accuracy.

  • Interpret technical discussions/meetings between Mandarin and English speakers, especially in engineering/ITT contexts.

  • Ensure translation maintains technical accuracy, industry terminology, and context relevance.

  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify technical terms and requirements.
  • Support cross-border projects by bridging communication gaps between Chinese and English-speaking teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Translation, or related field is a plus
  • Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical translation (engineering, manufacturing, construction, IT, or related).
  • Strong understanding of engineering/technical terminology (mechanical, electrical, civil, or IT depending on industry).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate translations under deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate interpretation during meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
