Job Requirement:

  • Minimum education: High school/vocational school (SMK/SMA) majoring in Office Administration, Computer & Network Engineering (TKJ), Telecommunication, or Electronics.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Document Control, preferably in telecommunication projects (Huawei/Nokia/ZTE).
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under deadlines, and coordinate across teams.
  • Willing to travel to project sites.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or C).

Job Description:

  • Manage, store, and distribute all project documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, test records).
  • Ensure all project documents are updated, validated, and available on time for project teams and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain document logs and document status reports.
  • Verify the completeness of documentation for project handover.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, QA/QC, and vendors to ensure smooth documentation processes.
