Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual / Desain Produk / Sistem Informasi / Teknik Informatika
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang UX Design dan/atau dokumentasi produk digital
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun dalam memimpin tim skala kecil dan koordinasi proyek desain
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat low-fidelty hingga high-fidelty Prototype menggunakan tools seperti Figma
  • Memiliki pemahaman terkait metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak (Agile, Scrum)
  • Memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang sangat baik dengan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang solid
  • Menguasai penulisan dokumentasi teknis dan non-teknis (SOP, User Manual, API doc, Juknis dan Jukops)
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik secara teknis dan non-teknis
  • Memiliki portofolio yang menunjukkan hasil desain UX dan dokumentasi produk yang profesional
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan storytelling yang sangat baik, terutama dalam menyampaikan ide kepada Product Owner non-teknis
  • Memiliki keinginan yang tinggi dalam mempelajari hal baru

Tanggun Jawab:

  • Memimpin perancangan User Experience dan dokumentasi produk dalam berbagai platform
  • Menyusun dan memelihara dokumentasi produk yang komprehensif dan mudah dipahami, termasuk User Guide, Flow Diagram, Api Documentation, Juknis dan Jukops
  • Menjadi penghubung utama antara Product Manager, Developer, QA, dan Designer dalam menyelaraskan kebutuhan pengguna dan dokumentasi internal
  • Mengelola dan mengawasi kualitas dari semua desain UI/UX dan dokumentasi produk, termasuk manual pengguna, guide teknis, dan alur kerja
  • Berkolaborasi erat dengan tim produk dan pengembang untuk memastikan bahwa dokumentasi mencerminkan implementasi produk secara akurat
  • Memimpin tim dalam desain & dokumentasi, memastikan prioritas kerja selaras dengan roadmap produk
  • Menganalisis feedback dari pengguna dan product owner untuk meningkatkan kualitas desain dan dokumentasi
  • Membantu anggota tim lain dalam penulisan dokumentasi yang baik dan praktik UX yang optimal
  • Mengembangkan dan menerapkan standart desain dan dokumentasi, termasuk sistem versi, style guide, dan best practices
  • Melakukan pelatihan dan review rutin terhadap anggota tim
  • Membangun dan menjada design sistem serta documentation framework agar konsisten dan mudah digunakan oleh tim
  • Menjaga kerahasiaan proyek internal dan eksternal perusahaan
